  2. RAND      The random Bitmap generator is a DOS command line
  3.           program which will allow the changing of wallpaper.
  4.           Simply run the program before each windows session,
  5.           and a random Bitmap is chosen. 
  6.  
  7. BITMAN    This utility will allow scanning through an .EXE or
  8.           .DLL file and to view all bitmaps present.  Bitmaps
  9.           can be saved to BMP files 
  10.  
  11. PAPERBOY  PaperBoy enumerates all the *.bmp files in the
  12.           Windows directory and then randomly picks an image
  13.           from this list to replace the current wallpaper
  14.           selection. 
  15.  
  16. PAPERS    PAPERS! is a DOS based program meant to be run just
  17.           before invoking Windows 3.x. When invoked, it will
  18.           read its configuration file, modify the WIN.INI file
  19.           setting the Wallpaper to a randomly chosen Wallpaper
  20.           file, and exit.

  22. SHOOT!    It allows copying portions of the display to the
  23.           clipboard by dragging a box around the area. That
  24.           area will be copied to the clipboard and can be
  25.           pasted in all applications that understand
  26.           bitmaps.

  29.           for presentations of information to others or as a
